Elastic.io
Connect Picsart with other platforms effortlessly using Elastic.io’s automation tools. Build and manage workflows with triggers, actions, and scheduling for seamless integration.
Elastic.io is an iPaaS platform that allows you to build integrations and to automate business workflows using a no-code UI graph builder.
Connect Picsart with any other platform
Create custom Picsart workflows using a variety of available triggers and actions.
The following steps will help you get started.
Step 1: Sign up and Log in
To see how it works, you can sign up for a commitment-free trial account on Elastic.io .
Once your account is created, login to the platform.
Step 2: Create your first flow
From the navigation menu on the left, go to Integrate → Flows. On the top-right, click “Add new flow”. What you see now is a UI graph builder, using which you can create your flow by adding connectors one after another, from top to bottom (the full catalogue of Elastic.io connectors can be found here). Start with an initial trigger (e.g. an event that starts the flow, or a data source to read records from). You will now be asked to configure some fields specific to the connector you chose., including authentication, if applicable. Once you have configured all the fields, you can proceed to adding the next connector.
For your first flow, try creating a flow that reads an image from OneDrive and sends it to Picsart for processing. This way, your flow will have only 2 connectors. Keep in mind, you need to have accounts in both OneDrive and Picsart.
To add scheduling, go to Graph Builder (dropdown) → Settings and add your custom CRON expression for a time interval of your choice.
Step 3: Test your flow
Once all connectors are added and properly configured, it’s time to test the flow before publishing. You can do this, by using the powerful Sample feature. What it does, it requests Elastic.io to process a single record per connector for you to verify if it works as expected. Request a sample for both OneDrive and Picsart and verify in Picsart UI that the result is positive (image has been successfully processed).
Step 4: Publish your flow
Once the testing phase is complete, name your flow by clicking on the default name and changing it. Click “Publish draft”, and “Start flow”. This way, the flow will be executed according to the time intervals you had configured earlier. You can stop the flow any time, and if you need to add changes, click “Edit flow”.
